Ann Marie came to fitness instruction after over a decade of dance training including classical ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop and ballroom. She specializes in classes that focus on barefoot movement training and teaches many fitness formats including Mat Pilates, Pilates Barre, Pilates Reformer, Willpower & Grace, Barefoot Fusion and Zumba. She is a co-creator of a barefoot training class which incorporates principles of Yoga, Pilates and cardio fitness. She received her Pilates and Pilates Reformer training from Balanced Body University.
Ann Marie resides in Westfield, is a mother of twin boys and an architect with a degree from Cornell University. Ann Marie uses her passion and energy to empower her classes to reach their full potential.
Olivia Ashley is a physical therapist and a reformer and mat Pilates instructor. She has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting since graduating from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA with her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2003. Olivia became an orthopedic certified specialist in 2014 and currently practices at Professional Physical Therapy and Training in Summit, NJ.
She started practicing Pilates in 2010 and decided to take Pilates teacher-training courses through Balance Body in 2014. Olivia enjoys working with a variety of people teaching them how to move their bodies to reach their goals.
Jessica Fink began practicing Pilates after the birth of her second child in 2005. Jessica has been an avid exerciser for many years and has done just about every kind of workout, but has found Pilates to be only kind of exercise that helps to correct postural imbalances and improve functional movement.
Jessica has a background in clinical social work and enjoys working with people and helping them to develop a positive mind-body connection. She has completed Balanced Body's Matt Series, Reformer 1 & 2 and Apparatus courses, and is working to obtain her national comprehensive certification.
