 Jessica Fink began practicing Pilates after the birth of her second child in 2005. Jessica has been an avid exerciser for many years and has done just about every kind of workout, but has found Pilates to be only kind of exercise that helps to correct postural imbalances and improve functional movement. 


Jessica has a background in clinical social work and enjoys working with people and helping them to develop a positive mind-body connection. She has completed Balanced Body's Matt Series, Reformer 1 & 2 and Apparatus courses, and is working to obtain her national comprehensive certification.

 Dr. Chapnick graduated with honors with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Bachelors in Health Science, and a minor in Psychology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2009.

As a long time devotee of both gymnastics and dance movement, Marissa has developed a strong passion and understanding of the human body at its greatest levels of performance.

Her extensive work experience includes treating as the touring physical therapist with the Broadway productions of “Wicked” and “101 Dalmatians”.  Marissa also devoted her time to serve as the onsite physical therapist for Queens and Dowling collegiate athletes as well as professional UFC fighters, and NBA Players.

Dr. Chapnick is certified in many sought out techniques, including but not limited to, Active Release Techniques (ART)®, Graston Technique®, Lumbopelvic Integration by IMTS Global, Pilates (All Populations Mat and Reformer), and Perinatal Fitness by Healthy Moms. 

    In addition to her professional responsibilities, Marissa continues to be an active member of the competitive dance community, performing throughout the world.

 Julie received her McEntire Comprehensive Pilates training at Pure Pilates, NJ.


Julie loves the joy of movement and would like to bring that joy to people of all fitness levels and all body types. Julie used Pilates to heal and recover from a knee replacement, after years wear & tear from tennis. 


Julie has a BS in Marketing from New York University, Stern School of Business. She is currently the Global Media Director at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare & has held a variety of roles at various Advertising Agencies and Pharmaceutical companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer.
